| Brief Description | Case 1. A 20 years old female suffering from 1 week vomitus, abdominal pain, weight loss. In childhood, she underwent surgery caused by problem in intestines. Abdominal CT scan showed multilobulated mass in gastric fundus and corpus, and thickening of small and large bowel loop. Gastroscopy showed gastric polyposis. Colonoscopy showed sesile polyp in ileum terminal and colon mass. Case 2. A 24 years old female, suffering from diarrhea, for 10 months, with mucous and blood in the stool. Fever (+), arthralgia (+), abdominal pain in the right lower quadrant, hair loss, edema in lower extremities, weight loss, struma and amenorrhea in last six months. ANA test (+), anti dsDNA (-), According to American College of Rheumatology criteria she was diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus. Abdominal CT Scan showed inflammatory of distal large bowels in descending colon and rectosigmoid level. Gastroscopy showed erosive gastritis, healing ulcer. Colonoscopy showed abnormality in terminal ileum and colon, with cobble stone appearance. |
