| Brief Description | We have the 1st case of patient with melena and coronary artery disease on antiplatelet. Upper GI endoscopy showed gastric polyp. Polypectomy was performed. The 2nd case is a patient with peripancreatic lymph node lesions. An EUS-FNA was performed to diagnose the lesions. |
